Thank you for participating in the beta testing program for our iOS app! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and fix any issues before the official public release.

This page provides some basic information to help you during the beta testing process.

How to Use the Beta App:

  • You should have received an invitation to test the app through TestFlight. Please ensure you have installed the TestFlight app from the App Store if you haven’t already.
  • Follow the instructions in the TestFlight invitation to install the beta version of our app.
  • Use the app as you normally would. Explore all the features and try out different functionalities.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re particularly interested in your feedback on the following:

  • Bugs and Errors: Any unexpected behavior, crashes, or glitches you encounter. Please be as specific as possible about what you were doing when the issue occurred.
  • Usability: How intuitive and easy to use is the app? Are there any confusing elements or areas where the user experience could be improved?
  • Performance: How does the app perform? Is it responsive? Does it drain your battery excessively?
  • Content and Features: Do the features work as expected? Is there anything missing or anything you find particularly useful or unnecessary?
  • Overall Impression: What are your general thoughts and feelings about the app?

How to Provide Feedback:

The best way to provide feedback is directly through TestFlight:

  • During a Crash: If the app crashes, TestFlight will usually prompt you to submit crash logs. Please do so whenever this happens.
  • General Feedback and Bug Reports:
    • Take Screenshots/Screen Recordings: If you encounter a visual bug or have a suggestion related to the user interface, a screenshot or screen recording can be very helpful.
    • Use the TestFlight Feedback Mechanism: When you have the beta app installed, you can usually access a feedback option within TestFlight (often found on the app’s page in the TestFlight app). This allows you to send text descriptions and attach screenshots.
    • Be Detailed: When reporting a bug, please include:
      • The steps you took to reproduce the issue.
      • What you expected to happen.
      • What actually happened.
      • Your device model and iOS version (this is often included automatically through TestFlight).

Important Reminders:

  • This is a Beta Version: Please remember that this is a pre-release version of the app and may contain bugs and unfinished features. Unexpected issues are normal.
  • Your Data: Depending on the nature of the app, any data you create or interact with during the beta testing phase might not be persistent in the final release. We will notify you if this is the case.
  • Confidentiality: While we encourage you to share your experiences with us, please refrain from publicly sharing screenshots or detailed information about the beta app on social media or other public platforms.
  • No Compensation: Your participation in this beta program is voluntary, and we are unable to provide any compensation for your time and effort. Your help is greatly appreciated nonetheless!
