This Privacy Policy describes how Tylabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile applications (“Apps”). This policy specifically addresses our current iOS application(s) that do not collect any personal information, usage data, or images from your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear that our current iOS application(s) do not collect any of the following:

Personal Information: We do not collect your name, address, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Usage Data: We do not track how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent in the App, or any other usage statistics.
Device Information: We do not collect specific information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, or unique device identifiers.

2. Future Applications

While our current iOS application(s) do not collect personal information, future applications developed by Tylabs may have different functionalities and data collection practices. If a future App collects personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy to clearly describe:

We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each Tylabs application you use to understand its specific data handling practices.

Our current iOS application(s) do not integrate with any third-party services that would collect personal information from within the App. If future Apps utilize third-party services (e.g., for analytics or advertising), we will disclose these services and their respective privacy practices in the updated Privacy Policy for that specific App.

Our current iOS application(s) do not collect any personal information, and therefore do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If a future App intends to collect information from children, we will implement appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable laws, such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and similar regulations in Canada and other regions.

5. Data Security

Since our current iOS application(s) do not collect any personal information, there is no personal data to secure. For future applications that may collect data, we will implement reasonable security measures to protect that information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6. Your Rights (Regarding Future Apps)

If future Tylabs applications collect your personal information, you may have certain rights regarding that data under applicable privacy laws, including the right to:

Access your personal information.
Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
Request the deletion of your personal information.
Object to the processing of your personal information.

Information on how to exercise these rights will be provided in the privacy policy of any future App that collects personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this policy. For significant changes to the privacy practices of future Apps that collect personal data, we will provide more prominent notice, such as through an in-app notification or a notice on our website.
